Study: Family Engagement in an era of Internet-connected Devices
Findings
(1.) Family members use more Internet-connected Devices, on a daily basis than the number of members in their family
(2.) Laptops and phones are owned by every family surveyed
(3.) Family members prefer to:
(a.) watch TV and movies using Internet Streaming Services and in small groups or alone more often than as a whole family
(b.) listen to music using Internet Streaming Services and to listen to music on one device as a whole family
(c.) play board games or cards more often than they play digital games
